What we do
Dallas Air Co is a commercial HVAC referral and marketing service. We connect commercial property and facility managers with a vetted, licensed, independent commercial HVAC contractor. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform HVAC services ourselves.
The contractor relationship
Any HVAC work is performed by the independent contractor we connect you with. That contractor is solely responsible for the scope, quality, pricing, scheduling, and warranty of the work. Your agreement for any services is between you and the contractor. We are not a party to that agreement.
No warranties
The site and our referral service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, and we make no warranties about the work performed by any contractor we connect you with.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dallas Air Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from work performed by a contractor we connect you with.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of this site are owned by Dallas Air Co and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
