Gavin started Dallas Air Co after watching facility managers get stuck choosing between residential companies that do not understand rooftop units and large vendors that treat a single building like an afterthought. The idea is simple: one vetted commercial contractor per metro, held to a documented standard, focused on maintenance instead of emergencies.
We are a new brand and we say so plainly. We are not going to claim decades of reviews we have not earned. What we will do is hold every contractor we place you with to a clear standard, and back it with documentation you can forward to ownership.

No. Dallas Air Co is a referral and marketing service. We connect you with a vetted, licensed, insured, independent commercial HVAC contractor who performs all work and is solely responsible for it. We are not a licensed contractor and do not perform HVAC services.

Dallas Air Co was founded by Gavin Woodward to fix a specific problem: commercial property and facility managers in DFW struggle to find a contractor who is commercial-only, maintenance-first, and straight about what their rooftop units actually need. We are a new brand, and we are building our network and our reputation one building at a time.
